As much as I love doing what I do, this building game is shite and your up against it constantly, with everything being scrutinised to death.
I have worked on a few hydro schemes and nothing gets checked (money was good)but they were painting blocks I had just laid FFS but fire them up and get them turned on and the money in, job done.
Whereas on the building sites where they change building regs anually your constantly up against it and can't even s**t in a bucket in bedroom 2 without...
