How would you tackle this?

Been asked to produce a tyrolean finish on this Stirling board, be interested to hear your approach. If using S@C would you bother to felt and baton the head or would you just do the face. Would like to screw render board and use something like ocr but not many stockists locally so wouldn't justify a delivery.
